Friday Night Lights - connect around the fire

Join us monthly beginning in May as we meet outside around a fire. This is a time to connect, reflect, relax and enjoy being in community of women in circle.

Please dress for the weather, and bring a chair, blanket (if needed) and whatever you would like to drink.

Our inaugural fire in MAY takes place in a field at a private residence. Please register to get more information and directions!

Eye of the Hurricane: Introductory techniques for keeping our calm in turbulent times.

How on earth do we remain grounded when it feels like our world is rocking?!

This 2 hour course is an introduction to practical techniques to use when times feel hectic. Whether your outside circumstances are challenging, or you are experiencing mental stress and anxiety, these tools will offer calming support during times of stress.

This course includes an introduction to:

-sitting meditation

-walking meditation

-breathing techniques

-yoga nidra

-chakra healing sounds

-journaling

This course shares a brief history and value of each technique, 10 minutes of practice time and time to share our experience with others. 

Alexis has over a decade developing and leading courses, mentoring women and guiding others as they journey through life. As a nonprofit consultant the past 5 years, she has been able to guide not just individuals, but organizations, to achieve a higher level of success in operational efficiencies, raising brand awareness, fundraising campaigns and cultivating community. Creator of Mindful Badass, she has been a guide for empowering others to raise awareness, cultivate compassion and create the life they crave.
